In their roles, Daren has demonstrated expertise in operational planning, customer service delivery, budget management, and operational transformation. Daren has played key roles in various projects, such as the opening of new terminals, strategic planning, staff training, and service enhancement. Daren holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Information Management & Economics from the University of Surrey.
