Elwaleed Eltahir

Elwaleed Eltahir has extensive experience in the banking and financial sector. Elwaleed is currently working as the Head Client Support Centre at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), a position they have held since February 2020. Before that, Elwaleed worked at the Central Bank of The UAE as the Manager of Consumer Protection from September 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Contact Centre at United Arab Bank from June 2017 to September 2019. Elwaleed also has a long history with FGB, where they held various roles including Contact Center Operation Manager, Contact Centre Supervisor & Quality Assurance, and Business Development Officer. Additionally, they gained experience working at American Business Connections, Inc. as a Customer Relationship Manager. Throughout their career, Elwaleed has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and manage teams, improve customer service, and achieve impressive results in terms of productivity and cost reduction.

Elwaleed Eltahir earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in political science from City University of Seattle during the period 1997-2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors of Business degree in Accounting from Omdurman Ahliya University in Sudan from 1994-1999.
