Rayance D'Souza

Rayance D'souza has extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly in operations and internal controls. Currently serving as an Operations Analyst at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since June 2018, Rayance manages the transition of funds transfer activities to the Centralized Payments Unit and oversees daily payment processing. Prior to this, Rayance worked at Noor Bank as a Senior Officer in the Internal Control Unit, responsible for reconciliation of Nostro accounts and reporting on outstanding transactions. Rayance's earlier roles include serving as a Senior Payments Officer for the Global Payments Service project at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, where Rayance facilitated a streamlined payments process, and as a Senior Officer at Noor Bank, ensuring compliance with Swift procedures. The career began as a Senior Customer Care Executive at Adventity, and Rayance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kakatiya University.
