Kasper Sommer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and leadership across various industries. As the CEO and Co-founder of Valuebeat from March 2022 to March 2024, Kasper led the company in transforming the P&C industry through data-driven employee engagement solutions, ultimately resulting in its acquisition by LMS365. Prior to that, Kasper served as CFO at Dixa, overseeing financial operations for a customer service unification platform, and as Finance Director at Planday, where responsibilities included securing significant funding rounds.
