Dani Smith-Radford

Dani Smith-Radford CSA has a diverse work experience. Dani started their career at Wylie ISD in 2012, where they worked as a Student Teacher from August to December 2012 and later became a 6th Grade Teacher from January 2013 to August 2020.

In 2019, Dani Smith-Radford joined AC Disaster Consulting as an Administrative Assistant. Dani was promoted to the role of Operations Analyst in May 2020 and eventually became the Chief of Staff in September 2020, a position they continue to hold.

Dani Smith-Radford CSA's education history began in 2021 when they attended Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy to obtain an executive education certification in the Corporate Social Responsibility Program. They furthered their education in 2023 at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they completed the Chief of Staff, Executive Certification Program.

Before these certifications, Dani Smith-Radford earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of North Texas. Their major was Home Furnishings Merchandising, with a minor in Business.

In addition to their formal education, Dani Smith-Radford also obtained micro-credentials from The Chief of Staff Association in October 2022. The name of the certification was "The Chief of Staff Association Micro-Credentials."
