Lucas Pagan

Lucas Pagan has a diverse work experience in the field of disaster recovery and public assistance. Lucas started their career in 2010 at FEMA as a Public Assistance Project and Closeout Specialist, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined H2O Partners, Inc. as a Public Assistance Consultant, a role they held until 2019. At H2O Partners, Inc., they gained expertise in providing assistance to individuals affected by disasters. Since 2019, Lucas has been working at AC Disaster Consulting, initially as the Deputy Director of Recovery (West) and currently as the Director of Recovery. In both roles, they are responsible for overseeing the recovery efforts in disaster-affected areas. Overall, Lucas Pagan has extensive experience in disaster recovery and public assistance, making him well-qualified for roles in this field.
