Daniel Palermo has extensive culinary experience, primarily at AC Restaurants since January 2014, where roles have included Chef, Events Execution Chef, and Sous Chef. Daniel previously served as Assistant Kitchen Manager at Beasley's Chicken + Honey and Chuck's Burgers + Frites, overseeing a shared kitchen with a staffing of over 80 employees. In addition to culinary expertise, Daniel briefly worked in sales as a Solar Pro at Encōr Solar following restaurant layoffs in 2020. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in English Language and Literature from Central Connecticut State University, earned between 2007 and 2012.
