Dr. Manjit Kaur Sooch

Dr. Manjit Kaur Sooch has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in technology-related roles. Dr. Manjit Kaur has served as the Director of Innovation and Technology at AC Transit, where they previously held the position of Director of Systems & Software Development. Dr. Manjit Kaur has also been involved with the American Public Transportation Association, serving in various leadership roles including Board Member, Chair of the Research & Technology Committee, and Chair of the IT Committee. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Software Development Team Lead at D-Tools Inc., a Sr. Software Engineer at Wintech Computer Telephony Technologies Co., Ltd., and a Software Engineer and Academic Head at Software Solutions Integrated - SSI.

Dr. Manjit Kaur Sooch holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Software Engineering from Delhi University and a Professional Diploma in Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT), both obtained in 1999. Dr. Manjit Kaur later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, completed in 2017. Dr. Sooch then went on to earn certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) in 1998 and the ENO Transit Mid Manager Program in 2014, as well as the Eno Transit Senior Executive Program in 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Strategy and Innovation from the University of the Southwest, with an expected completion in 2023.
