Andy Pavlik

Andy Pavlik has over 17 years of experience in compliance and employment services. Currently serving as a Compliance Analyst at ACA International since February 2006, Andy provides legal research and compliance advice, and has contributed to important compliance publications. Prior to this role, Andy worked as an Employment Specialist at the Employment Action Center, where significant increases in job placements and retention were achieved. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science/Sociology from Northern Michigan University and a Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute.
