Daniel Troy

Daniel Troy is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Principal at Acacia Research since March 2022, Daniel focuses on investments in both public and private businesses across mature technology, healthcare, industrial, and business services verticals. Prior to this role, Daniel was Vice President at Starr Investment Holdings from September 2016 to February 2022, where responsibility included managing capital for various institutions and family offices, with a focus on privately-held technology-enabled services businesses. Daniel also held a position at Zerto from 2013 to 2016 and is an alumnus of Boston College.
