Wendy Ma has extensive experience in operations management within the optical and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as the AVP of Asian Operations at Acacia Communications Inc. since April 2018, Wendy previously held the position of VP/GM at Sanmina Optical Technology (Shenzhen), overseeing overall plant management from September 2011 to April 2018. Earlier roles include Operation Director at OCLARO, where responsibilities encompassed product operations and new product introduction from January 2006 to August 2011, and Sr. Engineering Manager at JDSU Shenzhen, focusing on engineering activities from May 2000 to December 2005. Wendy began their career as a Manager in the CATV system department at NeoPhotonics from August 1997 to May 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Optical and Electric Systems from Peking University HSBC Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Optics/Optical Sciences from Xi'an Electric and Technology University.
