Manuel Bianchi

Manuel Bianchi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Manuel began their career as a Storekeeper at Gallina Blanca in 2004 and later worked as a Bank Teller at Cariparma in 2005. In 2009, they completed an internship in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at GE. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Bonatti S.p.A., starting as a Project Engineer and eventually becoming a Project Manager and Project Cost Controller and Planner. In 2014, they joined GiftBuzz as a Business Development Manager and Data Scientist. Manuel stayed with GiftBuzz until 2019. In 2017, they joined MEGA Holding srl as a Chief Consultant and worked there until 2020. Additionally, in 2018, they took on multiple roles at Chef in Camicia, including Advertisement Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Member of the Management Board. In 2019, they also joined Acadèmia.tv as a Chief Operating Officer. Finally, in 2019, they became a Chief Marketing Officer and Member of the Management Board at ThisIsNotaSushibar before leaving in 2020. Throughout their career, Manuel Bianchi has gained experience in areas such as marketing, operations, project management, and consulting.

Manuel Bianchi completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2004 to 2007, they attended the Università degli Studi di Parma and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Engineering.

- In 2008, they participated in an Erasmus program at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), where they studied Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, ADE (Administración y Dirección de Empresas).

- Manuel returned to the Università degli Studi di Parma and pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Engineering, which they completed from 2007 to 2010.
