Nicolò Zambello

Nicolò Zambello has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Nicolò is the CEO and Founder of Acadèmia.tv, the leading e-learning platform in the field. Nicolò also founded Chef in Camicia, a media company that provides digital services to food and beverage businesses. Nicolò Zambello has been a Partner at Iuta, managing the exclusive bistrot at the "Pirelli Hangar Bicocca" contemporary art museum and expanding the business to include catering services for major Milanese events. Nicolò has also served as a Board Member at NutriBees. In addition, Nicolò Zambello co-founded VivEat, a B2B platform connecting food and beverage companies with consumers through IoT technology. Nicolò was the CFO and played a key role in business development. Before that, they worked as a Business Analyst and Partner at Lorenzo Vinci, an online commerce platform for enogastronomic products. Earlier in their career, they were a Junior Valuer at K2Real.

Nicolò Zambello completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2007 to 2010. Nicolò then pursued a Master's Degree in Real Estate Management at Politecnico di Milano from 2010 to 2011.
