Stephanie Faulkner has extensive experience in product development, product management, and client services within the research metrics field. Stephanie is currently the Vice President of Product Development at Academic Analytics. Previously, they held various roles at Elsevier, including Director of Product Management and Operations, Research Metrics, and Product and Client Services Manager, Research Metrics. Stephanie also worked at EBSCO Information Services as the Manager of Implementation and Support for Plum Analytics. Prior to that, Stephanie worked at ProQuest as the Manager of Client Services and Documentation. Stephanie began their career at eMotion as the Director of Product Training and at Young & Rubicam Inc. as the Director of Global Training, Internet Services.
Stephanie Faulkner earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from Northern Illinois University. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Pendo Essentials from Pendo.io in August 2021 and in Introduction to Software Product Management from Coursera in October 2019.
