C. Leanne Noskey, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over different organizations. C. Leanne is currently working as the VP of Human Resources at Academic Programs International (API) since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant at Gallagher from April 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at Cox Consulting Network from March 2021 to April 2022. Leanne also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation Inc. from September 2017 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Central Texas Food Bank from June 2011 to September 2017. C. Leanne also has experience as a Human Resources/Training Manager at Foxconn/Hon Hai Precision Ltd., where they worked from May 2008 to June 2011. Additionally, Leanne has served as the Organization Development Director at Texas Department of Criminal Justice from January 2004 to May 2008. C. Leanne started their career at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Human Resources Manager/District Training Manager from July 2002 to January 2004, and prior to that, they worked as a District Human Resources/Training Manager at K-Mart Corporation from September 1996 to July 2002. Throughout their career, Leanne has demonstrated their expertise in various aspects of human resources and has continuously contributed to the strategic planning and development of organizations.

C. Leanne Noskey, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong educational background and relevant certifications. C. Leanne obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Conflict Resolution from St.Edward's University in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from the same university between 2003 and 2005.

C. Leanne'sundergraduate education was at Simon Fraser University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology from 1991 to 1994.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Noskey has also acquired professional certifications. C.
