Francesco Ruospo has a diverse work experience. Francesco worked as the Chief Business Officer at AcademicLabs from October 2017 onwards. In this role, AcademicLabs acts as a leading DIY Early-Stage R&D Intelligence platform used by innovative pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Francesco was responsible for managing business development, search and evaluation, external innovation, as well as scientists within leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Prior to this, Francesco was the Owner of Frapo BV starting from July 2017.

Furthermore, Francesco worked at Elsevier from August 2011 to May 2017. Initially, they were an Account Manager and later became a Solutions Sales Manager. Francesco'sresponsibilities included sales management and account management within the company.

Francesco Ruospo began their education in 2005 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Francesco completed this program in 2009. In 2007, they had the opportunity to attend HEC Liege as an Erasmus student, studying Management. After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Francesco went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Management & Entrepreneurship at the University of Sussex, which they completed between 2009 and 2011. In 2016, Francesco enrolled at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, to pursue an Executive MBA degree. Francesco completed this program in 2017. In the same year, they also attended Tsinghua University for a brief period, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business/Managerial Economics.
