Esat Bylykbashi

Esat BYLYKBASHI is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and application management. Since May 2009, Esat has served as the Project Manager and Application Manager at the Academie de Creteil. Concurrently, since May 2015, Esat has been a jury member for professional titles at DREETS, overseeing various levels of professional certifications in software and web development. As the CEO of Cati Design since February 2001 and former CEO of Partoo.com from November 2010 to February 2015, Esat has demonstrated strong leadership in the design and technology sectors. Additional experience includes a managerial role at Central Telecom, where Esat contributed to telecom operations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science and a specialization in Information Systems Management.
