Robert BECERRIL is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in both education and high-end gastronomy. Currently serving as a Professeur de Cuisine at ACADEMIE DE NANTES RECTORAT since September 2023, Robert previously held similar teaching roles at various lycées in France for several years. With a strong foundation in practical kitchen operations, Robert spent over two decades in prestigious positions at Groupe Barrière, including Chef Exécutif des Cuisines at Hôtel Barrière Hermitage. Robert's culinary education includes numerous certifications from esteemed institutions, covering areas such as charcuterie, cuisine trends, and hotel management, culminating in a BTS in Hotellerie & Restauration from Académie de Nantes.
