Erlan Cabrera

Erlan Cabrera is an accomplished educational professional with experience as a Math and Science Instructional Coach and Science Department Chair at Academir Charter Schools Inc. since August 2017, where Erlan has demonstrated leadership by building a strong middle school science department and creating various student programs. Erlan also has a background as a Science, Biology, and Robotics teacher, focusing on enhancing student achievement in standardized assessments. Previous roles include Educational Instructor at CHSi Homestead Shelter and Electrician at Sea Vee Boats, as well as Research Biologist at the National Aquarium of Cuba. Erlan holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education, a Teacher Certification from Miami Dade College, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Havana.
