David Hutcherson

David Hutcherson is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and system management. Currently serving as an IT Help Desk Specialist at AcademyHealth since July 2016, David has successfully managed user accounts and deployed hardware systems while utilizing various troubleshooting tools. Previous roles include Help Desk/Network Technician at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and IT Specialist at SIT Graduate Institute, where David gained significant expertise in Windows operating systems, hardware upgrades, and remote support. David began their career as an IT Intern with the City of Asheville, contributing to the setup of over 200 computers and providing comprehensive technical support. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Strayer University and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology from A-B Tech.
