Ankur Kushwaha

Ankur Kushwaha is currently serving as a Student Representative on the OB Division Executive Council at the Academy of Management, focusing on the review of strategic goals since September 2022. Previous experience includes a managerial role at Prathama UP Gramin Bank from April 2017 to April 2020, overseeing credit management and compliance in the Inspection and Audit Department, and a position as an Assistant Manager at IDBI Bank, specializing in retail banking and inland trade finance from July 2014 to March 2017. Additionally, Ankur has experience as a faculty member at Career Launcher, teaching logical reasoning and data interpretation, and as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies, where responsibilities included interface development and SAP layout design. Ankur is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, alongside an MSC in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University. Ankur holds a B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology and an Intermediate degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute Of Cost Accountants Of India.
