Brad Winn

Brad Winn is a seasoned academic and leader with extensive experience in strategic leadership and organizational behavior. Since November 2009, Brad has served as a Professor of Leadership & Strategy Practice and Executive MBA Director at Utah State University, focusing on topics such as Leading Change and Executive Influence. In addition to editorial responsibilities as Senior Editor for the People + Strategy Journal since 2011, Brad contributes to various organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for Utah Global Diplomacy and the Utah HR Executive Roundtable. Brad’s advisory roles extend to the Utah Senate District 5 and participation in the Academy of Management, where leadership in committees facilitates the integration of theory and practice. Educationally, Brad holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, an MPA from Brigham Young University, and a B.S. in Engineering from Purdue University.
