Josh Wei-Jun Hsueh has a diverse and extensive work experience in academia and research. Josh Wei-Jun is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship and Family Business at Jönköping International Business School. Prior to this role, they were the Editor In Chief at the Academy of Management. Josh Wei-Jun also worked as an Assistant Professor at KMU und Familienunternehmen, Universität St.Gallen, where they conducted research in the field of family businesses. Additionally, they gained experience as a Research Associate at University of St.Gallen, where they conducted research on entrepreneurs' mental health and well-being, taught undergraduate and graduate courses, and managed the Global Family Business Index project. Josh completed their PhD in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University, focusing on family businesses' corporate social responsibility strategy. Josh Wei-Jun also worked as a Research Assistant at National Taiwan University, conducting research on international financial reporting standards and schizophrenia in Taiwan.
Josh Wei-Jun Hsueh completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business at National Taiwan University from 2004 to 2008. Josh Wei-Jun then pursued their Master's degree in Global Business and Stakeholder Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are enrolled in Università Bocconi, where they are working towards their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management, starting in 2012.
