Orlando Richard

Orlando Richard is a distinguished social scientist specializing in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belongingness, currently holding the position of Earl Stafford Endowed Professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst since September 2020. In addition, Orlando serves as a Distinguished Full Professor at the Isenberg School of Management and has been involved with the Academy of Management since August 1996, contributing as a scholar in the Gender and Diversity Division and Human Resource Management Division.
