Samir Salek

Samir Salek is an experienced professional in the fields of management, human resources consulting, and organizational development. Currently serving as Directeur de Publication at Éditions Management & Innovation since January 2020, Samir also holds the position of Directeur Associé at both BFM Consulting and Officium Maroc, where expertise includes skills assessments, psychometric testing, and talent management. Additionally, Samir acts as Ambassador for the HR Division at the Academy of Management and previously led projects at Royalties and Xpert Partners, contributing significantly to HR policies in the Maghreb region. Samir founded AtlaShore, a startup focused on IT solutions, and has extensive experience as a Senior Consultant at LMS ORH and Technical Consultant at CAP'INFO.
