Vijayta Doshi

Vijayta Doshi is an Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management since March 2015. Vijayta has held various editorial positions, including Associate Editor for the IIMBG Journal of Sustainable Business and Innovation and for Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management. Additionally, Vijayta serves as AOM CMS Division's Representative-At-Large for Ethics & Inclusion and as Guest Editor for special issues in Business & Society and the Journal of Business Ethics. Other roles include Co-Editor-in-Chief for CMS InTouch and editorial board membership at Gender, Work & Organization.
