Fleurette Joseph

Fleurette Joseph is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare management. Since February 2016, Fleurette has served as the Director of Nursing at Cobb Medical Center, also holding previous positions as Nurse Manager and Charge Nurse at Paulding Medical Center. Additionally, Fleurette is recognized as an AMSN PRISM Award Recipient since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Charge Nurse at Cartersville Medical Center and Clinical Nurse in both the MICU/CCU at Emory St Joseph Hospital and at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Fleurette holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Université de Montréal.
