Jim Pascoe

Vice President Of Residential & Youth Development at Acadia Healthcare

Jim Pascoe has extensive work experience in the healthcare and consulting industries. Jim currently serves as the Vice President of Residential & Youth Development at Acadia Healthcare, where they are responsible for ensuring top quality programming, training, and staff development for youth programs. Prior to this role, Jim was the Director of Residential Training and Development at Acadia Healthcare.

Before joining Acadia Healthcare, Jim founded PascoeConsulting in 1992, where they worked as the Owner. Jim also worked in various roles at UHS, including Division Director of Clinical Services - Milieu Development Specialist and Director of Clinical Training.

In addition, Jim has held positions such as Senior Master Instructor at Handle With Care Behavior Management System, President of the Board at Red River Watershed Association, Director of Training at Keystone Education and Youth Services, and Director of Facility Compliance at First Hospital Corporation of Nashville.

Jim Pascoe holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Columbia Southern University, which they obtained in 2008. Jim also has a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), completed in 1996. Additionally, Jim has acquired various certifications, including Senior Master Instructor from Handle With Care - Behavior Management System, Inc. in 1999, Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) from the International Board For Certification of Safety Managers in 1998, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) from the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification in 1998, and Advanced Adventure Based Counselor from Project Adventure in 1991. Most recently, they became a Nurtured Heart Approach Certified Trainer in January 2021.
