Nalan Thirupathi

Nalan Thirupathi's work experience includes holding roles at various companies, with a focus on manufacturing, engineering, lean processes, and management.

From 2015 to the present, Thirupathi has worked at Acadian Seaplants, starting as the Vice President for Global Manufacturing, Engineering & Lean and later moving on to become the Senior Vice President in the same field.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, Thirupathi served as the Director of Manufacturing at Sekisui Diagnostics, LLC.

From 2008 to 2014, Thirupathi worked at Acadian Seaplants Ltd as the Vice President for Manufacturing, Engineering, and Lean, as well as the Plant Manager.

Starting in 2001 and until 2008, Thirupathi held the position of Production and Quality Manager at Atlantic Fine Yarns Inc.

Overall, Thirupathi has accumulated extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, lean processes, and management roles throughout their career.

Nalan Thirupathi obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University from 2004 to 2006. They also earned an M.Tech degree in Textile Technology from Bharathiar University from 1992 to 1995. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Certified Quality Manager and Organizational Excellence from ASQ in WI, USA, and certifications in Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing Level 1 from ASQ in WI, USA and Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters in NS, Canada, respectively.
