Laura Alexander

Laura Alexander has over six years of experience in the video production industry. Laura started their career at FLETCHERWILSON as an Assistant Producer and Editor, where they were responsible for editing and color grading videos. Laura also organized and scheduled shoots, liaised with clients, and occasionally assisted on shoots. In 2018, they joined Acamar Films as a Video Editor and Assistant Producer, a position they held until 2020. During this time, Laura gained experience in team leadership, creative concept development, and project management. Laura was promoted to the role of Video Producer and later became a Senior Video Producer. In their current role as Head of Video at Acamar Films, Laura leads a team of six talented editors/producers, ensuring high performance and motivation. Laura is responsible for generating innovative video ideas, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

Laura Alexander attended the University of Portsmouth from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General.
