Alexa Arias

Alexa Arias has a range of experience in the field of care management and advocacy. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at QSAC (Quality Services for the Autism Community) in affiliation with ACANY as a Medicaid Service Coordinator and Care Manager. In this role, they provided service coordination, developed individual service plans, and conducted home and program visits to ensure compliance with regulations. From 2019 to the present, they have been employed at Advance Care Alliance. Alexa started as a Care Manager Supervisor in 2019 and then moved on to become an Assistant Director of Care Management in September 2020.

Alexa Arias completed their Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Latin American Studies at City College of New York from 2012 to 2017. Alexa then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at CUNY School of Professional Studies from 2020 to 2022.
