Brett Newman

Brett Newman, MHA, is an experienced professional in the healthcare and employee experience sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Experience Consultant at ethOs since January 2024, Brett focuses on enhancing employee engagement strategies. Previously, Brett has held significant roles, including Vice President of Growth & Strategy at ACAP HealthWorks, where oversight included driving $4 million in annual revenue and leading market strategies. As a co-founder of Joyages Preventative Care for Brain Health, Brett contributed to the launch of an innovative mental health program. Additional experience encompasses directing innovation initiatives, product development consulting, and financial analysis. Brett holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor's in Business, Finance, and Economics from Texas A&M University.
