Katharina Urkko

Katharina Urkko has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Katharina is currently the Director Group Accounting at Acast since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the VP Finance Global Accounting and Operations at Accedo.tv from October 2018 to October 2019, where they were responsible for developing and harmonizing processes. Katharina also worked as the Head of Department Accounts Receivables & Cash at NCC from August 2017 to September 2018. Katharina Urkko has also held positions at companies like Synsam Sverige and Tradedoubler, where they served in interim and leadership roles. Katharina also has experience as a consultant and owner of their own company.

Katharina Urkko has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. In 2013, they attended Taurus Ekonomiutbildning to study Ekonomistyrning and also pursued a course in Innovation at What If. In 2011, Katharina Urkko completed a program on Kollektiv förmåga at Influence AB. Additionally, they took a coaching course at SOOT Communications in 2007. In 2004, Katharina Urkko earned 20 poäng in Arbetsmarknadskunskap med personaladministration from Stockholm University. Katharina also briefly studied Företagsutveckling at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education in 1994. Their education history also includes a Studentexamen gymnasium in Företagsekonomi from Fredrika Bremerskolan, which they completed from 1980 to 1983.
