Ross Adams

Ross Adams is the current CEO at Acast. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Acast AB from January 2017 to September 2018. Ross has also worked as the UK Country Manager at Acast AB from October 2014 to January 2018, tasked with positioning, launching, and monetising a new concept called Acast within the UK market. Ross has also worked as Sales Director, Europe at Spotify from February 2011 to September 2014, where they were tasked with growing an International/Multi-market division within Spotify. During their time at Spotify, Ross grew the team to a multi million euro business within 6 months and continued to build the team to be very successful that delivered huge revenue across 59 markets Globally. Prior to their role as Sales Director, Europe, Ross served as Sales Director (UK) at Spotify from January 2010 to February 2011, and as Account Director at Spotify from November 2008 to January 2010.

Ross Adams has a 2:1 degree in Hospitality & Retail Management from Oxford Brookes University, and also attended Haileybury College.
