Rogers Tao

Rogers (Hou Jen) Tao is an experienced digital transformation consultant specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at 康舒科技 since January 2024, Rogers focuses on enabling RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, CoPilot-AI, and overall process best practices for digital transformation. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at 資誠 (PwC Taiwan) from March 2021 to January 2024, Rogers managed projects, organized resources, and trained teammates to ensure project success. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant at 安永, where expertise in Blue Prism was demonstrated through developing, designing solutions, and training in RPA. Rogers began a career in evaluation and market analysis as an Intern at WISKEY CAPITAL, leading to further leadership responsibilities. Rogers holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Taiwan Normal University, earned in 2017.
