Kimberly Salgado EdD

Kimberly Salgado EdD has a diverse work experience in the field of education and academia. Kimberly began their career in 2005 as the Director of Corporate Education at St. Gregory's University, where they stayed until 2008. Kimberly then transitioned to Gwynedd-Mercy College, where they served as the Director of Corporate Education until 2011. In 2011, Salgado joined Central Penn College as the Executive Director and Dean of Academics, where they led a multidisciplinary campus and implemented an ESL partnership and program for at-risk non-traditional students. Kimberly remained at Central Penn College until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Gwynedd Mercy University as the Executive Director of Partnership Development and Adjunct Professor of Business. In 2016, Salgado joined Southern New Hampshire University as the Associate Dean of Business Faculty and later became the Dean of General Education, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Graduate Education. In 2017, they also took on the role of a Business Accreditation Evaluator for the Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP).

Kimberly Salgado EdD has a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Immaculata University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Western International University, from 2008 to 2010. Kimberly also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northeastern State University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1990.

In addition to their degrees, Kimberly has obtained several certifications. Kimberly is certified in ADJ-185 BrightSpace Certification from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained in December 2017. Kimberly also holds the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification, obtained in June 2016. Furthermore, they are a Business Accreditation Evaluator, certified by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP).
