Stacey Leith

Stacey Leith has extensive experience in the hospitality and events industry, currently serving as a Chef at ACC Liverpool since October 2016. Previously, Stacey held roles such as Wedding, Event and Sales Coordinator at Tailormade Venues and Events Manager at The Function Room, where responsibilities included managing venue viewings, bookings, catering, staff, and marketing. Experience as a Sous Chef at The Brooke Hotel involved menu creation and food safety compliance. Stacey began a career in hospitality as a Hospitality Assistant at Heathcotes Outside, accumulating valuable skills over six years.
