Apoorva Sao

Apoorva Sao has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they hold the position of Head of QA Engineering APAC at Accedo.tv since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior QA Engineering Manager (APAC) at the same company from May 2021. Apoorva also served as a QA Engineering Manager at Accedo.tv from February 2015 to May 2021.

Before joining Accedo.tv, Apoorva worked at Ubisoft as a Compliance Team Lead in Pune, where they were responsible for validating Ubisoft titles for various gaming platforms. Apoorva was involved in the certification and development process, as well as the first-party requirements and game production cycle. Apoorva held this role from July 2010 to January 2015. Prior to being a Compliance Team Lead, they worked as a Compliance Specialist at Ubisoft from May 2008 to July 2010.

Apoorva also worked as a Development Compliance Specialist at Ubisoft Shanghai from September 2013 to March 2014. Additionally, they have experience as a QA at Gameloft from July 2007 to May 2008.

Before entering the gaming industry, Apoorva worked as a VB Developer, developing software for local shops, with a focus on inventory management and e-commerce, from March 2006 to February 2007.

Apoorva Sao completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, which took place from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, Apoorva pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, which lasted until 2019. Additionally, Apoorva obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operation Management from the Institute of Management Technology in Dubai between 2018 and 2020.
