Sonia Lafontaine

Sonia Lafontaine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Accedo.tv since March 2022, Sonia has been recognized with the Accedo Champion Award for "Rookie of the Year" in 2022. Prior to this role, Sonia spent over 13 years at Bell Media, where accomplishments included serving as Product Owner for CRM - Braze, focusing on customer acquisition and retention strategies, and as Product Manager for TV Everywhere, enhancing the user experience across multiple platforms. Additional roles include Web Producer for Disney Junior Canada and Web Coordinator for Super Écran et Cinépop, along with early career experience as a Project Coordinator at Les Productions Benannah. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Concordia University and several certifications in project management from esteemed institutions.
