Cole Aaron, MBA

Cole Aaron, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Cole recently joined Acceldata as a Strategic Data Observability specialist, where they are responsible for providing visibility into data pipelines, monitoring data structures, and analyzing analytical engines. Cole ensures the smooth functioning of the entire end-to-end data chain and pipelines at Acceldata.

Prior to joining Acceldata, Cole worked at Teradata as an Enterprise Account Executive and later in a Strategic Development role focused on Aerospace, Government, and Hi-tech sectors. In these roles, they were responsible for managing key accounts and driving business growth.

Before their tenure at Teradata, Cole worked as a Job Coach at Riverview Intermediate Unit #6, where they provided guidance and support to individuals in finding and maintaining employment. Cole also served as a Wrestling Coach at BEAT THE STREETS WRESTLING PROGRAM LANCASTER, where they helped train and mentor aspiring wrestlers.

Cole has gained valuable experience as a Job Shadow of District Magistrate at Clarion County Magisterial Court, where they observed the legal proceedings and gained insights into the judicial system. Cole has also held internships at Steel Equities LLC as a Commercial Real Estate Asset Management Intern and at Blackbird Distillery as a Store Manager.

Through their diverse roles, Cole has developed a strong skill set in sales, account management, coaching, and real estate management. Their MBA provides him with a strong foundation in business strategy and management principles.

Cole Aaron, MBA, has a diverse education history. Cole earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy & Business Analytics from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 2021. Prior to their MBA, Cole completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizations, and Society at Franklin & Marshall College, graduating in 2020. At Franklin & Marshall College, they also obtained an Associate's degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation - Architecture from 2016 to 2018. Cole's educational journey began at Brookville Junior/Senior High School.

In addition to their formal education, Cole has obtained a certification in Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals from Databricks Academy in June 2023.
