Tom Cummings

Tom Cummings is the Founder and CEO of TC Consults L.L.C., serving since 2020 as a technical staffing consultant specializing in the recruitment of engineering professionals across various disciplines for direct hire opportunities. Prior to this role, Tom was a Manager at Black Diamond Networks from 2017 to 2020, overseeing the permanent placement division, River Group Technologies, which provided direct-hire engineering professionals. From 2013 to 2017, Tom worked as a Senior Recruiter at Ascent Consulting, Inc., specializing in executive search for management executives and technical professionals. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, obtained in 2012.
