Jenn Johnson has over 20 years of experience in various technology and leadership roles. Jenn is currently the Vice President of Product and Technology at Accelerate Change Network, where they provide leadership and oversight to multiple departments and guides the maintenance and support of their tech infrastructure.
Prior to that, Jenn served as the Director of Client Strategy at North Peak, where they managed client relationships and provided guidance on CRM best practices for nonprofit organizations. Jenn also developed a strategic governance framework to lead nonprofit executives in successful Salesforce implementations.
Before North Peak, Jenn was the Senior Director of Web Services at the National Kidney Foundation, where they led a hybrid team responsible for the organization's website and related services. Jenn implemented strategic frameworks to accomplish priority projects and ensured technology aligned with organizational goals.
Jenn has also held positions at IFAW, where they served as the Director of Web Technology and lead developer. Jenn oversaw full-stack development and management of IFAW's website and implemented inclusive strategies to foster innovation.
Earlier in their career, Jenn worked at the Kids In Need Foundation and SHOPA, where they held various technology and leadership roles, including Director of Emerging Media and Director of Technology.
