Austin Ashby

Austin Ashby has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently leading the development of new diagnostic products at Accelerate Diagnostics since October 2012. Prior to this role, Austin held multiple positions at Ventana Medical Systems from November 2001 to October 2012, including Director and Senior Manager of Mechanical Engineering, as well as Manager of Engineering and Mechanical Engineer. Austin began the engineering career as an Opto-Mechanical Engineer at ADE Phase Shift from 1997 to 2001. Austin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 1993 and 1997.
