Shonna Crisden Robinson

Shonna Crisden Robinson is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at Accelerate Education since April 2019, where responsibilities include creating templates and guidelines for course creation, managing subject matter expert (SME) teams, and evaluating course components. Prior experience includes a range of roles in instructional design and content development as a self-employed professional from December 2007 to May 2019, as well as contract positions at Apex Learning, managing course design and alignment with standards. Earlier career highlights include teaching science at Hampton City Schools and Newport News Public Schools, along with an extensive educational background, culminating in a Graduate Level Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Old Dominion University.
