Erin Kelly

Erin Kelly is the current Director at Accelerate. Prior to their current position, they were the Senior Key Account Manager & Executive Recruitment Manager at TXT International from July 2012 to December 2015. Her responsibilities included market mapping and analysis of potential candidates, recruitment of senior to executive level professionals internationally, screening and interviewing candidates, negotiation and closing of job offers, and preparation of candidates for international relocation. Erin was also responsible for business development, including research and market analysis to target new potential clients, brainstorming and creating effective methods of acquiring new clients, establishing new customer accounts and relationships, and negotiating terms and conditions, KPI, and recruitment process for the search. As a Key Account Manager, they were responsible for maintaining and expanding existing key client accounts, managing the interview and selection process, providing feedback reports for candidates/clients, and documenting the recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Erin Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder in Latin American Culture, and a Master of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Erin also has a degree from La Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales.
