Craig Binder

Craig Binder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continual service improvement and technical support within the IT sector. Currently serving as Continual Service Improvement Manager at AccelerEd since July 2019, Craig focuses on enhancing services and assessing operational effectiveness. Concurrently, Craig holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Finance at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Previously, Craig worked for University of Maryland University College for a decade in various roles, including Continual Service Improvement Manager and Senior Support Analyst, where responsibilities included coordinating with teams to improve customer service. Craig's earlier experience includes positions at Applied Software Inc. and H&R Block, alongside a foundational role as Classroom Support Specialist at the University of Maryland. Craig holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, as well as bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Maryland Global Campus and the University of Maryland, respectively.
