Amos Ford, ITIL

Amos Ford, ITIL, is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager and Automation Customer Engagement Manager at Accelirate Inc. since January 2020, Amos previously held leadership positions as Director of Web Production and Web Production Manager at Cendyn, where responsibilities included oversight of web and email production and project progress within the Interactive Design & Development Department. Prior to that, Amos worked as an IT Project Manager at Tofani Inc., managing Agile software development processes. Experience as a Software Developer at Synechron involved project lifecycle management, web design, and software analysis. Earlier military service with the USAF included directing security operations and training personnel. Amos is pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology and Management at Florida Atlantic University, following degrees in Information Technology, Computer Programming, and Criminal Justice.
