Jozef Goubert

Jozef Goubert has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jozef began their career in 1984 as an R&D Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they were responsible for managing R&D activities for the Wireline Access Business Unit. This position involved leading a team of 120 people and 50 subcontractors, with a focus on the MSAN project and overseeing 180 HW engineers across multiple design centers. In 2001, they transitioned to Technicolor as the General Manager, leading R&D project management and customer program management for Technicolor DSL CPE development with major clients worldwide. This role lasted until May 2020. In the same year, they took on the positions of Owner at Jotelco and Chief Operating Officer at Accelleran.

Jozef Goubert obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven, during the period from 1979 to 1984. Jozef then pursued further education at the University of Antwerp, where they completed a Master's degree in Applied Economics from 1986 to 1991. Finally, Jozef attended Syntra West from 2012 to 2015, earning a degree in Sommelier-Conseil.
