Bo Cerup-Simonsen

Bo Cerup-Simonsen is the Chief Executive Officer at Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping since October 2020. In addition, Bo serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Supervisory Board of Accelleron and is an Advisory Board Member and Vice President of Newbuild Strategy and Portfolio at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. prior to joining A.P. Moller - Maersk as an Executive Technical Advisor in March 2020. Bo has held various board positions, including Non-Executive Director at Odense Maritime Technology and Danelec Marine A/S, and has chaired the Advisory Board at Copenhagen Business School. Bo's academic credentials include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Naval Architecture from the Technical University of Denmark, complemented by several relevant qualifications from esteemed institutions such as MIT and the University of California, Berkeley.
