Heather B. has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Heather began their career as a Human Resources Compliance Administrator at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where they streamlined HR processes and ensured compliance with local and federal guidelines. Heather then served as a Human Resources Specialist at Opportunity Enterprises, Inc., before becoming a Human Resources Administrator at Drywall Service Of Gary Inc, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR.

Heather then moved on to XPO Logistics, Inc., where they held various roles, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources. In these positions, they managed HR and talent acquisition functions for a brokerage organization, overseeing a team that supported over 1,300 staff across multiple countries.

Most recently, Heather has worked as a Director of Human Resources at Innventure, AeroFlexx, and Accelsius. In these roles, they have contributed to the growth and success of these companies by implementing HR strategies and programs that effectively support their business objectives.

Heather B. obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Intelligence from Valparaiso University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the University of Notre Dame in 1999, focusing on Marketing & Development. Heather also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Purdue University Northwest.
